Strength and Stretch

Join us for a session of Strength & Stretch online from the comfort of your home with ZOOM! Make connections and get some healthy activity on Saturdays. Have your mat, water bottle and weights ready. No weights at home? No problem! Use a couple of water bottles or cans of food.  Wear some runners and if you don’t have a mat, use a towel for the floor exercises.
