Anne

Anne grew up as a third culture kid in the Philippines and Ecuador. She studied at Ambrose University where she received her Bachelor of Arts in Education. After teaching for two years in Canada she felt God calling her to overseas ministry as a teacher. She taught English in Egypt for a time until God opened a door for her to teach and minister in Spain where she taught part time as an elementary art teacher at the Evangelical Christian Academy in Madrid while working on her Art Therapy degree in Barcelona.

Anne is serving in Spain, as a career international worker, with the Christian and Missionary Alliance in Canada. Anne is working in Terrassa, Barcelona as an art therapist, she hosts after school art groups for teenage girls in our North African Community. These groups intend to provide spaces for the girls to participate in cultural and spiritual dialogues as well as improve their social and emotional awareness.  She is currently finishing language study in Arabic (online), and also visit women in the community to help each other learn Spanish and Arabic while building friendship.
