What are the different funds?
GENERAL FUND
Supports the main ministries and functions of the church, including the cost of day-to-day operations. These ministries include Adult Ministries, Worship Arts, Children’s Ministries, Youth ministries, and Administration.
BUILDING FUND
Pays for our mortgage (currently scheduled to be paid by Aug 2025) as well as planned (preventative) and unplanned (unexpected repairs) projects required to maintain our building and technology.
MISSIONS FUND
Goes directly to supporting global impact efforts in Canada and world wide. Portions of this fund go to: the Global Advance Fund, Foothills Family International Workers, Camp Chamisall, and various Canadian ministries.
JUSTICE & COMPASSION FUND
Used to relieve poverty, restore dignity, work against injustice and help promote the kingdom reign of Jesus. This fund supports Foothills Family members and community members during times of need with a hand up (as opposed to a hand-out) approach.
How do I change or cancel my scheduled giving?
If you donate via your credit card on Realm, simply log in to your Realm account to make changes to the frequency or amount of your automatic giving by clicking on the 3 dots next to your scheduled donation. If you give via automatic bank withdrawal, email accounting to request the change. Please allow 5 days for your request to be completed.
How do I receive my tax receipt?
If you have a Realm account, you will receive an email with a link to retrieve your tax receipt in late January or early February following the donation year. If you do not have a Realm account, tax receipts will be mailed to your residence address by the end of February. If you have lost your receipt, please email the office to request a new one.
