True Treasure

Have you ever looked in the mirror and thought, "I look good," only to walk into a social setting and have somebody tell you that there's something in your teeth, a stain on your pants or a size sticker left on your shirt?

This week we're exploring the Biblical story commonly called "The Rich Young Ruler" and it, too, is a story of a man who had looked closely at himself in the "mirror" of God's law, but was so blinded by his earthly treasure and all that he thought was "good" about himself, that he had grown oblivious to the broken state of his relationship with God. Join us on Sunday as we discover how Jesus graciously offers us the True Treasure of a right relationship with God.
