Multiplication and Equipping Pastor
Multiplication & Equipping at Foothills exists to help every believer grow in confidence and maturity as a disciple of Jesus and to be equipped to multiply that impact in the lives of others. Through courses on evangelism, discipleship, biblical literacy, discerning spiritual gifts, and living on mission, this ministry provides practical tools and Spirit-led training to strengthen faith and inspire action. Our heart is to see followers of Jesus not only rooted deeply in God’s Word but also released to live out their calling—sharing the gospel, serving others, and multiplying disciples in everyday life.
Join Pastor Brent for a seminar on Spiritual Gifts where you can begin identifying, understanding and exploring opportunities to use the spiritual gifts that God has given each of us. If you lead a Life Group, come learn how to facilitate the course material at home! Childcare is available upon request and lunch is provided.
Join Pastor Brent for a seminar on evangelism where you can explore real-world tools for having spiritual conversations and sharing our faith with those who don’t yet know Jesus. We’ll practice these tools together in a comfortable learning environment alongside others who are committed to growing as ambassadors for Jesus. If you lead a Life Group, come learn how to facilitate the course material at home! Childcare is available upon request and lunch is provided.
Join Pastor Brent for a seminar on Incarnational Living where you can learn to engage in the mission of Jesus in the places where we live, work and play. We will spend time identifying our personal "mission field," identifying people who are receptive to the Gospel, learning how to neighbour well and networking with others who are like-minded in our communities. If you lead a Life Group, come learn how to facilitate the course material at home! Childcare is available upon request and lunch is provided.
Join Pastors Kyle and Brent for a multi-session course designed to build skills and confidence in evangelism. This will be a safe setting where learning will be engaging and fun, where we’ll laugh together and work closely in learning triads to provide practice and accountability. Each session builds on the last, so those signing-up should ensure they are available for all sessions. There will also be some "homework" in the form of putting into practice what we’re learning throughout the weeks between sessions and connecting with those in our triads. Childcare is available upon request and lunch is provided.
Have you ever wondered how the many parts of the Bible that might seem disjointed to modern readers are actually part of a single, cohesive story? Have you found yourself confused about the culture of Biblical times? This 9-session workshop overviews the Bible, exploring the timeline and themes of some of the major Biblical stories in the context of the original culture. We’ll discuss the context of creation, how covenants worked, the Exodus, the role of the prophets and a summary of the life of Jesus, ending with the final fulfillment of the grand story in Revelation.
