At Foothills Women, we believe life is best lived in connection — with God, with each other and with the world. Our ministry is alive with opportunities for women of all ages and stages to grow in faith, build meaningful relationships and discover how God is at work in our lives. Whether through Bible studies, outdoor events, Strength & Stretch or creative gatherings like Threadbearers, we offer spaces where women can flourish in community. Together, we also serve beyond ourselves - whether through special events, Radiance Suite ministry or inviting friends to discover God’s love. We’d love for you to join us as we grow, connect and encourage one another.

Summer is a great time to get outdoors! Staying connected, welcoming new friends and encouraging each other is important so, we planned both hikes and BBQs throughout the summer to stay connected.

Women's Studies: DayBreak and womenconnect
Engage your heart and mind in community with other women through interactive Bible studies. DayBreak groups meet Thursday mornings and womenconnect groups meet in the evening. We offer some studies online and others in person, providing opportunity for flexibility and connection. Childcare is available for the morning classes.
Strength & Stretch
Join us for a session of Strength & Stretch! Make connections and get some healthy activity on Saturdays. Have your mat, water bottle and weights ready. No weights? No problem! Use a couple of water bottles or cans of food. Wear some runners and if you don’t have a mat, use a towel for the floor exercises.
Threadbearers
Come express your creativity and make new friends as we create quilts and yarn crafts together to be given in Jesus' name to those who need encouragement. Experienced crafters are available to teach and help create projects. Any skill level is welcome. Click here to contact the coordinator.

Special Events
Our church-wide women's gatherings help us connect and grow. Through fun and learning we focus on one of the ways we are making connections. They're also a great way to meet others and introduce friends to our church family!
Radiance (formerly Sonshine Centre) Suite - Caring for vulnerable women and children
Once a year we clean and restock the suite we sponsor at Sonshine Community Services. This suite is a Foothills-sponsored apartment that provides a safe home for a family escaping domestic abuse. If you would like to assist in this ministry, please contact Pastor Carla. This connection makes a huge difference in the life of a family in crisis.
