Chair

Pat was born and raised in a Christian home in the Edmonton area. After graduating from the University of Alberta, he and his wife, Mel, moved to Calgary and began attending Foothills in 1990. They have two adult sons Travis (Danae) and Tyson. At Foothills, Pat has been involved in various ministries, including children, youth, finance, small groups and several boards. He is currently serving on the finance committee and the events planning team. He is also involved with several not-for-profit organizations within the city working with youth and young dads. Pat is a retired engineer who spent the majority of his career in the technology and oil & gas sectors. His interests include spending time with family and friends, reading and many sports, especially weight training and pickleball.
