Phillip and his wife Osa have been attending Foothills since 2013 when they finally settled in Calgary. They have three adult children: Yoyou (Will,) Kome (Jeneba,) and Ruvie (Sharon.) Phillip was not born into a Christian home, but in his first year in University in Nigeria, gave his life to Christ at the age of 19 and has since been involved in Christian service through his local church and ministries. At Foothills, Phillip volunteers in Intercultural Ministries, Prayer Coordination team and Alpha as a table leader. Phillip is on the board of Love New Canadians. In 2018, Phillip and his family moved to Glacier Ridge Church as pioneer members, where he served on the leadership team. Phillip enjoys playing board games and watching Trivia/Quiz shows. He has recently taken up playing golf.
