The Marvel of Faith

Have you ever been impressed beyond belief? Has anyone ever gone above and beyond to serve you, bless you or love you? One of the odd claims of our text in Matthew 8:5-17 is this - it is possible to make the hair on the back of Christ’s neck, proverbially, standup. It is possible to shock and impress Jesus with our faith. In fact, in the Bible, Jesus is amazed only twice - both surrounding the issue of faith. Jesus was amazed at the faith of an individual and shocked at the lack of faith of His hometown. This week, we will study how to develop faith and we will see the great kindness and grace of Jesus.
