Ayumi is a Children’s Administrative Assistant, she first worked at Foothills in 2013-2015 and returned to the team in November 2022. Ayumi loves being a part of the Children’s Ministry team because she is able to be a part of helping kids learn how much they are loved by God. Showing kids the blessing of God’s love is especially important to her because she didn’t know about God’s love growing up. Ayumi and her husband are homeschooling their two children, which can provide unique challenges for them as they did not grow up speaking English. When Ayumi isn’t busy with her kids she loves to crochet and knit.
