Disciple Making Pastor

Tim is Disciple Making Pastor at Foothills. For the past 15 years, he served as a district church effectiveness coach with the Christian and Missionary Alliance in Canada. This entailed coming alongside 40+ churches throughout Alberta and Yellowknife, NWT. His role as coach was to ask ‘good questions’ to pastors, elders and ministry leaders helping them listen to what God was saying to them, and then journeying with them and resourcing them to accomplish their goals. Prior to his role at the district, Tim served with his wife as Salvation Army Officers for 13 years.
