Spiritual Amnesia

How quickly we forget. I am a chronic forgetter. If it weren’t for calendars, to do lists, schedules and every other memory tool I’d be a lesser man. One of the solutions to this problem is a carabineer for my keys to wear on a belt loop. My key forgetting has been reduced by 95% in incidents. It begs the question, how are we to keep God’s face in our focus when we don’t place similar means of remembering Him? Maybe a more “day-to-day” way of asking that question is: how do we get to know God better today? This is the thrust of what we are speaking on this weekend. See you Sunday.
